Actress Yoon Eun Hye recently attended a promotional event in China for L’Oreal, which in return prompted speculations on her return to the acting world. However, her agency confirmed that the event had nothing to do with Yoon’s comeback. Her reps stated “We don’t have plans for a return yet. Yoon Eun Hye will be flying back to Korea next week.”
Yoon has been MIA for quite some time. Her movie “After Love”, co-starring Park Si Hoo, has been postponed for over a year now, with no premier date set at all. The actress was also involved in a plagiarism scandal in September of 2015, after taking part in “Goddess’ Fashion 2.” Since then, there has virtually been nothing to go on.
It is extremely disappointing to hear that she is not planning on resuming any activity in Korea. I want to go back to the late 2000’s, when her career was at it’s peak. What happened? Talent here has never been the issue. She has played all kinds of roles and nailed them all. I am blaming this on poor management. How could an actress with such a strong fan-base and talent fall like this. I hope that she reevaluates and chooses to go back to doing what she does best soon.
