“Moonlight Drawn By Clouds” held it’s press conference on August 18th, and all the stars looked stunning. I really love the pink and black combination between the actors. Kim Yoo Jung donned a very fitting and wistful pink and white number, coming across as very soft and innocent. Park Bo Gum was dressed in a simple black suit, which came together very well when standing next to Kim.

Park Bo Gum and Kim Yoo Jung both said that they were really excited about the drama and wanted to do the project immediately after reading the script. Park said “As soon as I saw the script for ‘Moonlight Drawn By Clouds’ I thought it was fun and I really wanted to do it. After hearing about Kim Yoo Jung getting cast, I was thankful to be able to work with a sunbaenim.” Kim bashfully replied “I was really happy when I heard that I’d be working with Park Bo Gum oppa. I got surprised whenever I saw Bo Gum oppa because he’s so handsome.”

The stylist did a really great job dressing Kim Yoo Jung in such feminine colors, since she plays a cross-dressing girl in the drama. The actress spoke about playing a male and how she prepared for the role. Kim stated “Many dramas have a female character dressing up as a male. I watched all of my sunbaenims’ works, but I especially paid attention to Yoon Eun Hye sunbaenim’s acting in ‘Coffee Prince’. The set-up involves Yoon Eun Hye sunbaenim working at a cafe where only men work. I saw her being cute and receiving love while among men. I had difficulty with showing Ra On as such a lovable and cute character that anyone would find her so adorable that you want to bite her.” I dont think the actress should try too hard to be lovable. She naturally comes across in that way.

Production went on to say that the drama is not very political like it’s rival “Scarlet Heart: Goryeo”, which will air in the same time-slot on SBS . Instead, it’s a youthful romance drama. Park Bo Gum agreed and added “Please watch for skinship and expressions of affection through broadcasts.” Oh believe me we are!
